Unfortunately, Colton Creative is unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If you’re unsure about anything — whether that’s sizing, colours, finishes or framing — I’m always happy to help. Please feel free to reach out with any questions before placing your order so you can purchase with confidence.

Shipping

Prints

Domestic print orders are sent via Australia Post.
Standard delivery is $11 AUD and express delivery is available for $15 AUD.
International shipping for prints is $25 AUD.

Original Artworks

Shipping for original artworks is calculated at checkout. This allows pricing to reflect the size, weight and destination of each piece, and ensures artworks are packed and shipped with the appropriate level of care.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. However, on the rare occasion that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please take clear photos of any visible damage to the outer packaging as well as the item itself, clearly showing the issue. Email these photos along with your order number to hello@coltoncreative.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Once reviewed, I’ll be in touch to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Artwork & Print Colour

I do my best to ensure every artwork and print is represented as accurately as possible. That said, colours may vary slightly between screen and print due to differences in devices, monitors and lighting conditions.
