Lead times for projects can vary throughout the year, ranging from a few weeks to several months. Therefore, it's best to reach out for the most up-to-date availability. Generally however, I recommend budgeting around a 1-2 month lead time for the start date of larger projects (such as branding and web design).

However, if you find yourself in a time crunch and need to meet a deadline as urgent as yesterday, express bookings are an option, subject to additional rush fees.

The timeline for each project can vary depending on its scope and complexity. As a general guideline, the development of a visual identity typically takes between 4 to 6 weeks, while creating a website may require approximately 6 to 12 weeks.

Please note that these timeframes are subject to the specific requirements and scale of each project, and can change depending on feedback times.

Of course! There are 3 rounds of revisions included in each project, and usually I find this is more than enough with it rarely going past the 3 rounds. However, you can make as many changes as you like past that charged at the hourly rate until you’re 1000% happy with the result.

The original working files are not typically included in a project handover, however, if you would like to have a copy of the working files please just let me know. The standard fee to purchase the working files is 30% of the total project cost.

Currently I work with a mix of small businesses, government and corporate clients across a variety of print and digital projects. Prior to Colton Creative, my design experience ranges from design studio, in-house for small business, government and corporate roles.

Costs vary, as each piece of work and the inclusions will vary project to project. As a rough guide, brand identity projects start from $4,000 and custom web projects start from $5,000. Semi-custom websites (template customisation) projects start from $3,000. Day rates are also available for $950 per day.

Absolutely! Flexible payment options are available to suit your needs. Project fees are typically divided into two equal payments of 50%. The first 50% serves as a non-refundable deposit, securing your project booking. The remaining 50% is due before the final files are delivered to you. For added convenience, I also offer 6 or 9-month payment plans upon request, allowing you to spread the cost of your project over a more extended period. Just let me know your preference, and I'll be happy to accommodate your payment schedule.

Some additional costs may be involved that are necessary to complete your project. These can include font licensing, stock images, website hosting costs and domain fees, and printing costs.
