How do I get started working with you?
Reach out via my Contact page with some details about what you’re after, and we'll book in a time to have a quick chat about your project! From here I'll put together a quote for you, and a 50% deposit secures your spot.
When are you able to start a project?
Project availability and times can vary throughout the year, ranging from a few weeks to a few months, so it’s always best to book in advance when possible! Please feel free to reach out to check my current availability.
How long will my project take?
Timelines will vary depending on the project. Most branding projects take 4–6 weeks, while website projects typically take 6–10 weeks, depending on their size and scope. You’ll always receive an estimated timeline before we begin, with any deadlines taken into account.
Can I make changes to the design?
Of course! Each design stage of your project includes up to two complimentary rounds of revisions to ensure you’re 100% happy with the final result. If more adjustments are needed after the initial rounds, revisions can continue at an hourly rate.
What’s not included in the price?
Certain elements may be needed to complete your project which are not included in my design fees. This will generally include things like font licensing, website subscription fees, and stock image licensing, and printing costs. If any extra costs are required for your project, I’ll always let you know beforehand.
I need my project sooner! Can you do a quick turnaround?
Yes! I accommodate rush projects where possible, subject to availability and for an additional fee.
Do I get to keep the working files?
The working files are not typically included as part of the project handover, however they can be provided at an additional cost of 30% of the project fee upon request.
Do you offer just a logo design?
I focus on full branding packages to ensure your business has a complete and cohesive identity. However, if you’re looking for a logo-only option, let’s chat to see what works best for you.
Can you refresh my existing branding?
Yes! If your branding feels outdated or inconsistent, I can help with a brand refresh, keeping key elements that work while refining the overall look.
What website platforms do you offer?
My go-to platform is Squarespace for service-based businesses, with other platforms (such as WordPress and Shopify) available upon request. If you have something specific in mind, please reach out!
What do I need to get started for a website?
To create the best website for your business, there are a few key essentials needed before we start:
Branding – A logo suite, typography, and colour palette at a minimum
High-quality imagery – Professional photos or graphics for your website
Written content – The text you’d like to include on your site
